“How Long Will I Need to Wear Braces?”
Everyone’s smile is different. Some people need braces for about 12 months, but the timeframe can fluctuate from anywhere between 6-24 months in total. During your initial consultation, our Oklahoma City orthodontist will evaluate your bite and provide you with an estimated timeframe of how long it should take to correct your tooth and jaw alignment.
To ensure an efficient process, always wear your orthodontic appliances as directed and plan to keep your regular appointments. Most of our patients will need to see us about once every six weeks to have their braces checked.
